FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Where are the products produced and shipped from?

All candles and other fragrance items are hand crafted and poured in Tampa, FL and shipped from the same location.

Where is my package?

After your order has been confirmed, you can expect your package to ship within 5-7 business days.*  Custom or wholesale orders can take 3-6 weeks (depending on the volume of the order).  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email.  Note: Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. Once an order is shipped and tracking information provided, final delivery is outside of our control.  We cannot replace missing or stolen packages.

*Items listed as PRE-ORDER will ship based on the time frame provided in the description.  This may be an extension of the normal shipping timeline.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are not accepting international orders outside of the continental United States at this time.

Do you offer custom or wholesale orders?

We do!  If you would like to place a custom or wholesale order, please email us at info@onehappycandle.com with the details.

Can I return an item?

We always aim to make your experience a happy one.  However, if you need to return an item, we are happy to help.  Just email us directly at info@onehappycandle.com and we will help you through the process to find a solution.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel part or a complete order, please email info@onehappycandle.com within 12 hours of placing the order.  Be sure to indicate "Cancellation Request" and your Order# in the Subject line with your request.  We are committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible.  Therefore, there is a very limited period of time when we are able to accept a cancellation request once an order is placed.

In the event we are unable to cancel part or all of your order (because it has already been processed and shipped), we will contact you via email with the shipping information.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
